Take the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) and have scores submitted to the University of Texas Arlington using our school code, 6013. Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores are required of all graduate students and ideally should be submitted prior to beginning the program. However, students are allowed to complete up to six graduate hours without scores. GRE scores must be submitted before students will be enrolled in their third course.
At this time, the program is only open to United States Citizens, Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card), and individuals who hold an H1-B Visa and are teaching for a school district in the state of Texas. All applicants must be classified as Texas Residents for tuition purposes. In addition, the following materials must be submitted:
Lawful Permanent Residents: Submit a copy of your Resident Alien Card (green card).
International Applicants (H1-B Status): Submit proof of current visa status.
The TOEFL or IELTS is required if an applicant's native language is not English or if the applicant does not hold a bachelor's or master's degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution.
Applicants may submit original attested documents or bring original documents to our office for photocopying and verification.
