The full tuition cost for the RN-BSN degree for employees of partner hospitals is $4,950 plus a one-time, non-refundable application fee. Additional fees may apply.
The tuition cost for general courses (prerequisites) is $349 per course.

- The tuition rate is locked in for students with continuous enrollment throughout the degree program.
- Payment by course of $618.75
Please note: The three-hour upper division nursing elective course is provided at no additional cost.
Application Fee
Students must also pay the $35 non-refundable application fee when the application is submitted.
Graduation Fee
A $30 non-refundable graduation fee is assessed at the time the graduation application is submitted and processed by the Office of Records. The fee is billed to your student account.
Refund Policy
Refund policies are driven by deadlines and whether a student is dropping or withdrawing from a class. The refund policy for sessions of five weeks or less is as follows:
- Before the first session class day: 100 percent refund for dropped classes or withdrawals.
- First class day: 80 percent refund for courses enrolled, if withdrawing from the session.
- Second day: 50 percent refund for withdrawals. If student is enrolled in more than one class in the session, they may drop one of the courses by the second class day with a 100 percent refund of the cost of that class.
- After the second day: No refunds.
The Academic Calendar indicates the deadlines to drop a course with a “W.”
All nurses who begin the RN to BSN program at the listed tuition of $4,950 will be able to complete the entire program at that tuition rate, provided the nurse maintains an uninterrupted and continuous enrollment in the program. Future program tuition rates may be subject to change at UT Arlington's sole discretion. Preferred tuition advertised is available on for partner hospitals.
